Phoenix and Vi have put their 20 years of experience operating successful restaurants to good use with the new Phoenix Garden Vegetarian Restaurant. They opened their first restaurant 15 years ago, treating the Richmond area to delicious Chinese food. Five years ago, they opened a restaurant featuring American cuisine, and it was also very successful. In September 2011, due to their love of vegetarian food, they opened the Phoenix Garden Vegetarian Noodle Soup Restaurant.
Phoenix and Vi belong to the Vegetarian Society in Richmond, VA and also the Vegetarian Temple in Chantilly, Virginia. They enjoy a healthy lifestyle centered on tasty vegetarian cuisine. Now they share their knowledge of distinctively delicious vegetarian Asian food with the community.
Linh and Phoenix
It’s a family affair at the Phoenix House Vegetarian Restaurant. Phoenix’s sister Linh, a lifelong vegetarian, has provided many good suggestions. Phoenix and Vi also have two grown sons who have enjoyed Phoenix’s healthy cooking. Their son Keen is married and loves his job as a Henrico firefighter.
